Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric evaluation is a structured clinical assessment used to identify mental health concerns and guide treatment planning. The evaluation includes a detailed review of presenting symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, developmental factors, and relevant psychosocial information. Findings from this assessment support diagnostic clarification and the development of an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan. When clinically indicated, recommendations may include medication management, psychotherapy, or additional therapeutic interventions, with care guided by collaboration and patient preference.
