Mind.Body.Balance
Holistic support for balanced wellness - mind and body
Mind.Body.Balance is a psychiatric mental health practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a supportive and compassionate environment. We believe mental health is deeply connected to the whole person—mind, body, lived experience, and life stage—and care should reflect that complexity with both clinical expertise and genuine understanding.
While we have a particular focus in women’s mental health, reproductive psychiatry, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, supporting individuals through adolescence, family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond; we are profoundly dedicated to providing inclusive care for all individuals, with services available for all patients ages 14 and older. We partner closely with patients to develop treatment plans that are clinically sound, realistic, and aligned with their personal goals and values. Care is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in respect for the whole person!

Our Services

This visit thoughtfully explores current concerns, symptoms, medical history, and life experiences to gain a clear understanding of each client’s mental health needs. The evaluation may include diagnosis and medication recommendations when appropriate and serves as the foundation for an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan grounded in balance, compassion, and personalized care. Services available to patients 14 years and older.
Medication management visits provide ongoing, collaborative care to support symptom stability and overall well-being. These visits focus on monitoring treatment response, adjusting medications as needed, addressing side effects, and integrating clinical guidance with each client’s goals and lived experience. Care is individualized, evidence-based, and grounded in balance, compassion, and personalized support to promote sustainable mental health outcomes
